Sacred Valley

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays (9:00 am - 6:30 pm)

We collect you between 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. from your hotel, once we finish picking up all the passengers we will go towards Pisaq (45 min. Approx). We will go through a natural watchtower, from where great part of the Sacred Valley can be observed. Then, we will continue towards the typical Market of Pisaq, which is one of most famous markets in South America. After that we will visit the archaeological monument of Pisaq, located at 2950 masl, where we will be able to observe the superb stone work and the agricultural terraces. Finishing the visit we will continue towards Urubamba where we will have lunch, to then continue towards Ollantaytambo 2700 masl, place that was and still maintain important inka constructions, which are attributed to Pachacuteq Inka.

And finally we will visit Chinchero located at 3,762 masl, where we will find important centers of adoration or shrines, as well as agricultural terraces following the geography of the place. Something that draws our attention is that in spite of the time the settles still maintain their ancestral customs as the elaboration of their textiles and the shape of their clothes and the hair braided by women. Next we will return to Cusco, arriving here approximately at 6:30 p.m.
