Policies for the inca trail booking

 

Make your reservation deposit by "wester union"

The Inka Trail Is Closed In February For Maintenance Policies For The Inca Trail Booking

Reservations are subject to the daily capacity issued by the UGM (500 people, including guides, porters, assistants and visitors), so we recommend you book your place well in advance.

To book this service you must be guided to the availability of spaces shown on the official website of the office that administers the Inca Trail.

    1. To make a reservation for the Inca Trail you need:
    2. Email (or fill out our reservation form) with your:
      Full name
      passport number
      nationality and age
    3. A deposit via Western Union 50% of the total on behalf of our Representative FELICIA ACUÑA SALAS; whose ID card Number is 24978923. The other 50% will be paid once you arrive at our office in Cusco.
    4. Send an e-mail with the number of deposit to reconfirm your reservation.
    5. If you are taking any special medication recommended by a physician, you must bring it with you. .
    6. If you suffer from health problems such as bronchial asthma you must consult with your doctor if you can make the Inca Trail and other routes that we offer, also, you must sign a document with the company, in which you take your own responsibility for the trip.
    7. Once the reservation has been done, with your exact data, right afterwards you have to send the money.
    8. About the cancellation of your reservation, if any inconvenience happens to you after the reservation, the company will not be responsible for the cancellation of your reservation. Our policy is not to refund any money back.
    9. To get the student discount, the traveler must have the 2009 ISIC international student card or over. You have to scan it and e-mail it to us.

NOTE: If for any reason, you get a new passport after reservation has done you must bring your old passport otherwise, 2 clear copies of your old passport, Therefore your have to come to Peru with your 02 passports, the new one and old passport. Otherwise, they will not allow you enter in the check or control points of the Inca road.

    1. The prices are subject to the ones published on the website .
    2. The reserved services will always be offered by JISA TRAVEL CORPORATION.
    3. The travel agency is not responsible for the cancellation of the trip due to natural disasters. However, we always try to resolve in favor of the traveler.

How To Confirm Your Reservation And Send A Deposit

Once you have submitted your complete personal details onto our reservation system and agreed on the cost of the tours, you must send a deposit as soon as possible.

We recommend you to send your deposit by Western Union because it is the quick and easy way for us to control.

The deposit must be 50% of the total cost, you can send a deposit for pairs or groups of friends.

Once you have sent the deposit, please, send us the transfer (MTCN) in order to check it right away and reserve your space, in our government offices (INC).

If you have the ISIC international student card you have to a scanned copy to our mail to give you a discount.

If for personal reasons, the client cancels 48 hours prior to travel and have paid 100% can only return train ticket was bought for the trip.
