With an early transfer from your hotel to the Cusco train station you begin your trip to the Citadel of Machu Picchu. The journey through the Sacred Valley and the mountains is very picturesque passing through local communities.
On arrival to Aguas Calientes you take a short bus trip to Machu Picchu. Here your guide will begin your tour of Machu Picchu. The tour is a history lesson with guides that are passionate about Machu Picchu and its story.
Tour duration in the sanctuary – 3 hours
After your tour you have the chance to enjoy Machu Picchu on your own before lunch and the return train to Cusco.
